The products can only be exchanged within 3 days of purchase if there is a defect in it.
If the product has been used/opened , the exchange cannot be processed.
Any queries or complaints have to be raised through email or phone within 3 days of the receipt of the product.
In the email, describe the issue, mention order number, attach copy of invoice and clear image(s) of the defective product.
If an exchange is to be processed, the product has to be packed properly in a box to enable a pickup.
